MPC serves locally produced 100% all-beef hot dogs. In order to preserve the meats natural
flavor we choose to hot roast our dogs on our red-hot grill, smothered with lots of seasoned
caramelized onions, serving them golden brown, Juicy and full of flavor. Our locally baked
poppy-seed milk bread bun makes the perfect holder allowing us to add many homemade
toppings and build a real gourmet snack. For those looking for something a little different we
also serve spicy whitefish, chicken & vegetarian hot dog variations. MPCでは100％ビーフのオリジナルソーセージを使用。お肉の自然な美味しさを引き出すためにローストし、特別に味付けしたオニオン加え、ジューシーで香り豊かなホットドッグに仕上げます。ポピーシードをまぶした特製パンで、数々の特製ホームメイドトッピングをはさんだボリュームたっぷりのホットドッグは、本物のグルメスナックです。

Redhook Ale Brewery is one of the granddaddies of the craft beer revolution in the US.
Redhook was co-founded by Paul Shipman and Gordon Bowker. Paul was working at an
excellent Washington winery, Chateau Ste. Michelle, but dreamed of making great beer.
Gordon had co-founded Starbucks so he knew a bit about brewing up a successful company.
At MPC we proudly offer you three fine Redhook Ales. Extra Special Bitter, India Pale Ale and
a dark Porter. レッドフックエール・ブルワリーはアメリカでの地ビール革命を起こした元祖のひとつ。ポール・シップマンとゴードン・バウカーによって創設されました。当時ポールはワシントンにある素晴しいワイナリーの一つシャトー・セント・ミシェルで働きながら、美味しいビールを造ることを夢見ていました。また、ゴードンはスターバックスコーヒーの創始者の一人。そんな二人がつくったレッドフックエール。MPCではレッドフックエールが誇る「スペシャルビター」、「インディアペールエール」、「ダークポーター」の3種類のビールをお楽しみ頂けます。また、生ビールはハイネケンをご用意しております。
