America's Pacific Northwest city of Seattle inspires our modern yet timeless inner city cafe.Blending traditions of European sidewalk cafe culture with Seattle's tasty & vibrant street food scene. Seattle has hundreds of green parks and our name is borrowed from Madison Park a lovely grassy park on the shores of Lake Washington. MADISON PARK CAFE's goal is to serve authentic, health conscious gourmet fast food, something that seems sadly lacking in today's fast food marketplace.

アメリカ太平洋岸北西部の街、シアトルから影響を受け、ヨーロッパのカフェ文化とシアトルの美味しく活気に満ちたストリートフードシーンを織り交ぜました。シアトルには何百もの緑豊かな公園があり、MPCは、ワシントン湖の湖畔、閑静な高級住宅地にほど近い、シアトルっ子に愛される緑あふれる公園マディソンパークにちなんで名付けられました。

MPC serves locally produced 100% all-beef hot dogs. In order to preserve the meats natural flavor we choose to hot roast our dogs on our red-hot grill, smothered with lots of seasoned caramelized onions, serving them golden brown, Juicy and full of flavor. Our locally baked poppy-seed milk bread bun makes the perfect holder allowing us to add many homemade toppings and build a real gourmet snack. For those looking for something a little different we also serve chicken & vegetarian hot dog variations.

Redhook Ale Brewery is one of the granddaddies of the craft beer revolution in the US. Redhook was co-founded by Paul Shipman and Gordon Bowker. Paul was working at an excellent Washington winery, Chateau Ste. Michelle, but dreamed of making great beer. Gordon had co-founded Starbucks so he knew a bit about brewing up a successful company.
At MPC we proudly offer you two fine Redhook Ales. Extra Special Bitter and India Pale Ale.
